Privacy Policy

East Point Surveying (JUGO NZ Limited) collects personal information through this website when you contact us — typically your name, contact details, property address and the details of your enquiry.

We use this information to respond to you, prepare fee proposals, and carry out surveying work. Where a project requires it, relevant details may be shared with the professionals working on your job — such as planners, engineers, your solicitor, council, or Land Information New Zealand — and not otherwise.

We hold your information securely and keep it only as long as we need it for the work and our records. Under the Privacy Act 2020, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting hello@eastpoint.co.nz.
